John Joe Insurance Agency is at the forefront of group health insurance and employee benefit health insurance throughout Northwest Missouri. JJI Agency is the only insurance agency in St. Joseph to exclusively provide resources that include an HR Hotline, 1095 reporting, legislative briefs and more to keep employers in compliance with Affordable Care Act guidelines. JJI Agency also offers a full line of individual health insurance products, services for the Senior Medicare market including Medicare Supplement (Medi-gap) plans.

Because we're independent, we hold contracts with multiple carriers — including Aetna, Humana, and others — which means we can shop the market on your behalf and recommend the plan that actually fits your needs. We don't have a quota to meet for any single company. Our job is to find you the right coverage, not the most convenient one for us.


That independence is what allows us to serve clients across every major coverage category: group health and employee benefits, individual and ACA Marketplace plans, Medicare, and ancillary coverage like dental, vision, life, and supplemental plans.
