She works closely with Insurance carriers and benefit providers to meet client service and budget needs. She helps with processing new insurance policies, modifying existing ones and obtaining information from policyholders to verify the accuracy of their accounts. Amy helps support her team by organizing data and plan designs to effectively present benefit options to clients.
